Comfortable and safe shopping

Currently there are no rules imposed by the government. You can see the rules below as recommended at all times with regard to Covid-19:

• Hydroalcoholic hand sanitizer dispensers are set up at each entrance. Be sure to make use of this.
• The shopping centre is cleaned every day.
• Use the lifts only when really necessary and with a maximum of 2 people.
• Leave two steps between yourself and the others on the escalators.
• Avoid unnecessary contact with surfaces such as railings.
• Try to keep to the right.
• Each shop has its own safety and hygiene regulations, which are posted at the entrances.
• You may have to wait at the entrances. Please keep the necessary distance and respect the guidelines of our shops.
• A customer showing clear symptoms of Covid-19 may be asked to leave the shopping centre at any time.
• If possible, pay by bank or credit card.

Please also respect the general measures regarding Covid-19 at all times:

• Stay at home if you have any symptoms.
• Wash and disinfect your hands regularly.
• Wear a face mask if possible.
• Cough/sneeze into a disposable handkerchief or the inside of your elbow.
• Keep a distance of at least 1.5 metres between other visitors and staff.
• Try not to touch your face.

• On the upper floor you will find a comfortable, combined family/disabled room
• One floor below are the remaining toilets and additional facilities
• You can make use of extra services such as a health check, a drinking water tap and a modern vending machine with ‘personal care essentials on the go’ such as hand sanitizer and face masks
• In addition, you will find an innovative smart mirror exclusively at Stadsfeestzaal, where ladies can try out various hair styles and looks.

A visit to the toilet will cost you €1,20 (cash or card).

Young parents have enough on their minds. That is why Shopping Stadsfeestzaal provides everything you need in case of minor accidents and other baby problems. You will find our spacious baby area on the ground floor, behind brasserie Antoon Van Dyck.

You can use a baby changing table sink and washbasin.

You and your dog are welcome at Shopping Stadsfeestzaal. All other pets are not allowed.

It is forbidden to enter the shopping centre by bicycle, skateboard, (electric) scooter or other vehicles. If you do not respect the rules, the security staff can deny you access.

It is forbidden to smoke within the confines of the shopping centre. Facilities have been placed at both entrances to meet your needs (if any).
