Shopping in the Antwerp Stadsfeestzaal
Shopping Stadsfeestzaal became the final element in an enclosed shopping circuit running from Meir, Huidevetterstraat and Schuttershofstraat to Hopland.
In October 2007, it opened its doors with around 40 shops distributed over four levels covering 20,500 m² of commercial space. The complex also includes 49 flats and another 275 underground parking spaces.
Its mix of amenities includes fashion shops, leisure activities, and food and drink establishments in a unique combination of historical and modern architecture.

Shopping for everyone
Included in the retail outlets are certain firsts: the first Urban Outfitters to locate in continental Europe, a pilot store for Tommy Hilfiger and the first COS shop to open in Antwerp.
The availability of such shops as Delhaize and Blokker makes the shopping centre even more attractive for shoppers looking for a wide variety of items.

In addition to shopping: enjoying culture
Because the restoration of the building included an eye for historical details and the creation of a special look, the Antwerp Stadsfeestzaal is not only a unique shopping centre but also a popular place for people to meet. Its illustrious past has not been forgotten but re-introduced in a new way. Cultural events, exhibitions, mini-concerts, fashion shows and competitions ensure that Shopping Stadsfeestzaal continues to attract crowds to its location in the heart of Antwerp.
